Oblivion: Ambience of Arkved's Rending Halls

Daedric quests are nothing short of bizarre, but Vaermina's quest, in particular, leads you to a particular fort called Arkved's Tower, which contains several bizarre sightings (rather gruesome, too). The most captivating chamber of the tower is the Rending Halls, which emanate a high pitch dream-like ambiance. At first, I made nothing of it and continued forward to complete the quest. Though, after doing a few runs through the fort to obtain valuable loot (if located), I'd pass by the Rendering Halls to find myself listening to that weary sound. I admit it's not that bad, in fact, it's a sound to consider to add on to future white noise machines.
