In this video, we go over what is quite possibly The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion's most disturbing quest, titled: Vaermina. The quest begins with going to a Daedric shrine South of Cheydinhal and East of Imperial City which belongs to the Daedric Prince: Vaermina. There, the quest sets you on a bizarre, imaginative and horror-filled adventure that will last in the player's mind well after putting the game down. If you enjoyed this video, don't forget to leave a like, comment and subscribe!

I love oblivion. Sunk so many hours into that game. My dad and I used to play when I was a kid. He just retired and I came home to him playing oblivion again. Very well done for a first video! Keep it up, man!

Skyrim is a great game but it's just many things like this quest that set Oblivion apart to a whole another level. Cyrodill engrossed you with its mystical, enchanting, and dangerous atmosphere: it truly felt like being in a fantasy land as a child. This video is very underrated for its quality btw.

Thank you for the kind words! I appreciate it! And I totally agree! There’s a different element and aroma in Oblivion that you can’t get with Skyrim!

So happy to see someone still telling these stories. Oblivion was my first RPG and I’ve recently started playing again. I also love the music choices in your vids!

Back in again, playing an Argonian nightblade , a distant reincarnation of my Morrowind Shadowscale build I'm working on at the same time. I concur with this.

Great video brother!!! Oblivion was my first trip into the world of Tamriel, and is my fave Elder Scrolls game. The quests are better than Skyrim, especially the guild quest lines. Keep up the good work!!🤘

I got Oblivion when it first came out on PS3. It became my home away from home and remains so to this day. I still play the same copy after all these years, though I'm on my third PS3... indeed, when my first PS3 died I had to disassemble the thing to remove my Oblivion disc. Worth the effort for my favorite game.

Speaking of going back to Arkved's nightmare, there's a Skyrim mod that have us exploring his dreams as one of its quests: "Glenmoril" by Vicn. It's in Act 3, I believe. Which is about 3-4 hours in It's also scarier. In case you want more of this

The whole thing reminds me of H.P. Lovecraft's Randolph Carter, who visits an alternate dimension in his dreams. And at some point he opens a gate with the silver key that allows him to enter a space of higher knowledge
