OBS Chevy Auxiliary Cooling Fan Install

Looks like you've got the stock metal 5 blade fan? If so you can get a severe duty clutch and plastic 11 blade fan from rockauto and it will also make a big difference in the AC at idle. The 11 blade moves a lot of air. Good video I have a '98, but miss my '93 and the simple way everything was laid out on the TBI engine and lots of space.

I did my whole ac on my 97 2 door Tahoe n also put a Efan but I’m just getting 60 degree air coming out from vents

Make sure the coils are clean. Rinse them out from back to front with low pressure water.

It works great and I replaced the clutch fan with a fixed fan

Could’ve gotten them cheaper I recommend go with a temperature switch with probes to work with the temperature of the engine

Pretty cool but the fan should work better in front of the ac condenser to cool it down faster not the radiator.But pretty kool .

I was thinking of that. Was wondering if it would work better if it was set up in front of the condenser

@@fleetwood19967 the way the core support and radiator is mounted would have made it difficult to mount on the condenser that why I set it up as a puller fan

@@imandreew-1305 relay is triggered of the same switch that turns the ac on when u hit the button
