I honestly love this show. There’s such a noticeably unique feel to it that no other competition object shows has presented. The main thing is how things permanently affect the show, like injuries or deaths. Not to mention how some object shows use the handmade doodle style but still manage to be noticeably different. Also the background, despite lacking color, are just so pleasing to look at. Genuinely one of my favorite object shows and I hope production on this will continue to be this fantastic

genuinely love that Parallelogram is showing that while he's deep in his delusions, he can be an incredibly serious person. he takes Buzzery's apology in the way any reasonable person would if they were in his headspace. and Coal really came through in this episode!! I love how everything is growing more serious by the episode. most importantly I am fucking terrified but excited for the next episode, good lord. I wonder what's going to happen to Moon when Happy Star arrives? they seem to be linked, with him acting as the warning and growing more distorted as Happy Star gets closer. could he possibly be an extension of H.S. in a way? anyways this ep was a banger and well worth the wait!!! can't wait to peep the horrors in the future

For those wondering what would've happened, Sacri confirmed these things: Ball, Bowl, Moon, and Pill Bottle Jr. would've died. Cracker would've had a role, leading up to her presence in RIBS, and Marker (yes the Marker from 5SOS) would've appeared. Cup would've been shattered even more, losing his right eye and arm. Buzzery would've gotten a sticker promoting Battle For Grandma on it. Oreo, House, Calculatory, Cracker, Marker, Flash, PBS, Buzzery, Bowler, Blender, Pill Bottle, Coal, and Lava Lamp would've competed in RIBS. Everyone that didn't compete in RIBS or didn't die would be sent to Tyrone (where season 1 took place), and would've changed into the season 1 art style, with Obj even gaining a face to match his season 1 design. Happy Star would've split the world in 2.

day 17 sooo i heard the news about obs being cancelled, and while i’m understandably kinda sad, i totally understand and respect sacri’s decision to discontinue obs and all this lore stuff bc it’s definitely a lot of pressure and can get tiring. and i’m glad sacri made an actual statement on this because a lot of osc creators just discontinue their shows and disappear without acknowledging anything. now i’m pretty excited to see the future of the sacristuff channel, though as long as sacri is doing what works for her, i’ll enjoy everything on this channel and i’m excited for what’s coming! (alsoo tbh i couldn’t see obs 7b or ribs coming out anytime in the near future even if they weren’t cancelled. especially with burner being a thing, i kinda knew they would become less of a priority) ok anyways time for the actual diary entry. nothing rly interesting happened at school but we have a fingering test (ha-ha) in band tmr and i studied a bit for that, but it’s pretty easy when i only have 3 buttons on my instrument. in pe class i was just messing around with my friends and after they invited me to this new donut place after skl, i was broke so my friend offered to pay for me but they didn’t accept cash but luckily her mom came and payed for ALL of us with her card. LETS GOO but i’m prob gonna pay her back. that was rly fun, anyways i took the Very Very long way home after that and took an unnecessary amount of buses home for old times’ sake. i finished packing for my other parents house when i got home and then got picked up to go there at like 10 pm with my like 8 huge bags full of stuff. i’m here now and i need to unpack but i’m so tired and it’s so much stuff ugh. tbh i missed having an actual window and a bed i dont need to climb up into and the sheets smell so good. i could say more crap but tired anyways byee (also did you know i love obj and i’m also not super sad abt the cancellation bc we prob wouldn’t have gotten to see much of her either way) and for real this time byee!

I loved this episode I loved how [moon]all the personalities have changed,pill bottle I know,anyway I loved this episode so much with the real aspect of the characters and still a bit of goofiness and I love how now they are finally talking about H ,love how the conversation [moon]with parallelogram and buzzery is so real it’s not like saying sorry after you murder someone’s friend[moon] is gonna make it better and {moon} is you know. Oh yeah and 17:53 - 17:54 there is a black square only showed for a few frames nobody is really talking about it but the black square is covering ball since for a second you can see ball but then he gets covered by the square,I love how {moon} is in almost every flash back frame.

I’m gonna miss OBS.. I still respect and understand the decision to cancel it, pretty annoying that people won’t listen to what’s lore and what’s just for fun. But what I loved about this series was never about Happy Star, even tho that added to it, mostly I just LOVE the way Sacri writes object characters, and seeing perfectly written goofy object characters in such a mysterious and grim situation was amazing. Plus the stakes being high with the deaths and injuries, it was just one of my favorite shows. I like the characters in BURNER but so far there’s not enough conflict yet for me to be SUPER into it, but there’s only like 2 episodes right now so in time I might like it more even if it isn’t super dramatic. But as usual with Sacri’s stuff, I love the characters! …I miss Oreo 😭

this was a really great show which I feel like ended right as it started to find its footing. i really enjoyed the last two episodes & this episode was my favorite so you can't say they didn't go out on a high note. in a lot of relationship drama focused shows I find myself confused as with the character's motivations for why they feel the way they do, but this all felt very compelling! just a generally chill & really nice episode. I'm sad we won't be getting anymore but burner is awesome, & how I discovered this show so it isn't too big of a deal.
