Thank you for the clear and to the point demonstration. Keep them coming 🙂 Friendly tip: I'd look into changing the angle of the DSLR to avoid screen reflection in the glasses.

This was sooo helpful in setting up my first scenes... the only tip I would add was how to show my PowerPoint slide show to appear. The trick was that you have to adjust the Slide Show setting to play by individual.. and then added some padding under filters... i found another video that eventually got that working with the layout I made from this tutorial. Thanks Yoram!!

Kathi, I wish there was an easy way to add that tip to an already published video... But good point!!!

Thanks for this excellent video. But, how do I connect this OBS to Zoom? I already instal Virtual Camera add-in and in Zoom I choose OBS Camera, but it says: Camera is not available :-(

Thank you . Just in time - I've been tasked with moving an in-person class to an online platform - excellent timing. :-)

I was teaching a university class on 3/11/2020 (the day the WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic...) I immediately gave my students a link to a Zoom call for the following week, and links to KZbin videos on how to use Zoom (not too many people knew how to use it, or what it was...). The rest is history...

Great tutorial. It would have been good to crop out the PowerPoint to zoom in on the presentation and not menu and slide

Thank you so much. It's Saturday afternoon at the end of July here in the UK. After watching this video several times during the week, I've spent the last hour or so following your video closely and setting up the OBS/PowerPoint/TalkingHead combo ... ready to start using it in a couple of weeks or so for online teaching in Zoom.... I really like your teaching/presentation style... warm, no-nonsense, with a certain authority too Thanks. BUT A QUESTION: How do I save the whole shooting match as a template for use on Zoom or Google Meets?

Hi Yoram, great video! Can you tell me how I would go about creating this professional look and feel in a Zoom Webinar but to be applied to panelists other than to myself. Basically I would be "invisible" to the participants but I'd be the one applying the look and feel to the Webinar panelists. I've seen it done from the participants point of view and I was wondering how it can be done from the technical side. Thanks!

The question is why... If it is so that you can record it and then post it in a much nicer format, then I would actually use OBS to record the Zoom screen and then edit it later with any editing tool (such as Premiere Pro). If you want it to look professional WHILE the presentation is going, then I don't know of another way than to use two computers. One that will capture the Zoom call, and the other that will input it into OBS and send it back as a shared screen. Even that would be challenging because you will have the other participants are really small screens...

When obs is streamed in zoom for screenshare, the screen is blurry. It is better to share screen in zoom itself, with obs virtual camera on
