I found hinduism and Mooji through christianity. Christianity caused me to become the observer. Knowledge of good and evil/sin eventually seperated me as in hebrews 4:12 says, God’s Word is sharper than a two edged sword dividing soul and spirit. Also,Romans 7 mentions how we serve in our mind and heart but not in our flesh. And Romans 2:29 and elsewhere says circumcision of the heart. Also throughout the bible it has God in our heart and “Christ in us hope of glory” etc etc brothers with Christ and sons making us equal with God So much more but I see similarities but a lot more confusing in christianity Thanks for listening

how can I just watch my thoughts without looking at them?

Watch them but don’t become your thoughts, just observe. Naturally when you observe your thoughts they fade away. And the more you keep doing this it will become your natural state so you won’t have to consciously remind yourself to watch your thoughts.
You can use words like “I’m thinking this…” meaning you not identifying with it. You’re just thinking them. Like if you afraid of a presentation instead of saying I’m afraid , say “my mind is giving me fearful thoughts..” and it becomes your mind doing it not you or nothing that has to do with reality
