A few small errata:
21:40, you would fill the market before the AI takes a tile. You later roll for that spot and correctly fill it.
28:05, the Barn does not give reputation every turn, but only when an ESTATE (pink) tile is used (those tiles are outdoors, which is where the enhanced landscaping will have an effect).
33:10, you do not rotate service on a courtship round.
55:30, you play the Drawing Room, which has a prestige rating of 3, but your reputation is 2.
1:28:00, you count Prestige twice and do not count Estate (you scored 29).

Well done! This is a game that I didnt think that I would enjoy. I am not sure if the theme really clicks with my group. But totally something that I could solo play. I agree with the mechanisms and play is really cool in this. Would be interesting to see if it could have a reskin to get a wider audience. You do know now that you have cursed yourself and your daughter is going to fall in love with someone with the name Cornwallis. This also really made me want to visit Biltmore again. Such an amazing house/property, you can really get a sense of the grandeur this game tries to get you to feel. IMO everyone should go to Biltmore at least once in their life. Congrats on the 1k subs!! Its been awesome seeing this channel grow. I hope your 2022 is better than 2021.

Thanks my friend. Happy holidays to you and yours. And Biltmore is amazing. I’ve been 3 times. Christmas there is simply something special. I’ve been there also when a friend of mine was second shooting photos for Mercedes and they filmed a commercial in the drive. It was awesome. Next I want to kayak beside it. I’ve seen photos and it is an amazing view. Also the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in was when Alison and I stayed there. Yes my daughter is actively looking for a Cornwallis just to spite me! Hey my friend. THANKS. I've wanted to have this out for a while. I actually filmed it and held onto it for that very reason. I've been in contact with the pub. throughout and Dan is super awesome. We tried to corrdinate but he has been plagued with the manufatruing and shipping woes going on. I know a few people able to find it new in the states, but they may have been older copies in circulation. In any case, man it is here when you need it, and I would say def. keep your eye out for it. At 22:00 & 27:20 , there's an issue (and I imagine subsequent rounds). Pg 11, Rule 5 -> You need to fill that empty space after sliding tiles before you roll the d20. Pg 11, Rule 6 -> "Never leave open market spaces (unless there are no more tiles). This is important because there is a chance you would populate this with a monument tile and you are reducing the chances of triggering how the AI would react.

Thanks so much for this teach and playthrough! My family and I are big Downton Abbey fans, so I picked this up for us at Christmas, and it's always great to see it played before I teach a game. Unfortunately, you made a mistake in the last Courtship round. You double-counted your Prestige improvements instead of your Estate ones, so you shouldn't have had that last VP card or the Fairchild. But thankfully, even with the 14-point swing, you still won!

also a mistake was made with the barn tile... you only get prestige when you do an activity on the "Estate" column, not for any other columns.

At 55:09 you can't play the drawing room, you don't have enough reputation. 1:03:13 morning room tile should have gone to the market reserve. 1:27:45 looks like you've score prestige column twice.

Or a harder variant I was playing. But I believe you are correct that that is how you typically play if memory serves. Thanks for pointing that out.
