Since I have no clue about suspension setup, I decided to shamelessly copy (steal) your settings. And you know what?? The bike is absolutely amazing now! Awesome, thanks mate😀👍

Loving he subliminal messages... completing suspension set up next to a bike with "sag" as a registration plate in shot. 🤣👍🏼 Another great start to my Sunday.

I have the predecessor, a Y2k E1 ZX9r, I found the easiest way to adjust the suspension as a novice to the process was to set it all to the factory settings, which are set for a person of about 68kg if I remember correctly. You just then need to go a bit stiffer if you are heavier, or softer if you're a kid 😄You then just test it out, and adjust a little more if you feel it's needed. Only thing other than the exhaust that I'd change about this basically new ZX10r, would be to fit clear indicator lens', I feel it makes these older bikes look just that little bit more modern. I done the same on my 9r rather than change them to flush mount on front and small LED's on the rear as others do, and I removed the H-frame too.

Professionally explained with suspension set up Dave! Worth an apple crumble no doubt 😉 I’m guessing the magnificent Bitubo internals will make a difference on the road too.✅ Looking forward to your on the road testing 🚀

I enjoyed this project. Excellent. I have a 04 zx12r. I have a message in to bitubo because they don’t list valves for the 12. Would love to get some better feeling out of them. Ktech makes a cartridge kit. Might be a nice option. Thanks for the outstanding series on the zx10 Henry

Great stuff! Another lovely resto Dave and great suspension setup tips as ever. Disappointing crumble section though... Allen Millyard's doing cakes now, you need to up the pudding game! ;))

I find your suspension set up videos very useful Dave. The 10 looks stunning! Was the SAG number plate left intentionally in shot? I hope so lol

Hi Dave, did you make a successful repair to your side panels? Mine were over tightened and cracked during the first few services at the Kawasaki dealer which was disappointing. Not the best design though really but doesn’t spoil an overall awesome machine!

My mate Adam plastic welded the crack, it's still visible but I don't notice it often

I just can’t get this Bike setup like it should be. There’s just not enough info on them. And No I don’t want Sportrider settings. I’d just like to know the Stock Rear shock Pre-load setting. I weigh 140lbs. My sag says @26mm with 18mm or Static??? Spring too stiff? Idk. Also I’ve Heard to Remove the 3mm Spacer from Rear Shock ASAP? Why is that? That’s From Dave Moss he also said to Drop the forks from flush to 4mm then if turning is not better to drop them to 8mm. He said no more then 8mm. Any info?

I quite like the stock look, and the Termi it came with was massive... Might get a more suitable silencer one day though
