Paul is a VERY SELFISH man. His sick wife did ALL the work. I know he's a hoarder, but he needs to seek professional help. He didn't even thank the OC cleaner, Penny - so I will. Thank you so much, Penny, for taking the time to help others desperately in need of your skills. You are a very kind and generous person.

Most hoarders are Very Self centered as shown by having the family sleep in a motor home because the real reason is because he LOVES stuff. They always say "it's for the children" . NO it's for themselves because they can't stop buying junk. And Real "collectors" don't pile up their collections so they get damaged. Why doesn't anyone ever call these people out ? Shout out to the cleaners THANK YOU for your generosity.. love you guys..

My husband has MS. That guy pissed me off beyond anything! For him to say his wife was only 1 person made me almost throw the remote through the tv! Stress is the absolute worse thing for MS patients. I’ve seen my husband go through relapses and to see him in that kind of pain rips my heart out. That pos is the most selfish human on the planet!!!!

I'm from the U.S. and I'm so very happy KZbin randomly recommended this to me! I've gotten more cleaning done in the last 2 days than in the last 2 weeks just by watching this show. I really like that that pair people with sort of opposite mental disorders together, O.C.D. and Hoarders. So entertaining, inspiring and a bit fun to watch! Thanks for posting these episodes!

Yes! A very healthy boundary with someone of his attitude. Whenever I get to move next, I want my own room if I'm sharing an apartment again. Everyone I've ever lived with has made the entire home theirs and pushed me out, which is unfair. Where I've been..I pretty much live in a room. Got used to it in a way due to the Pandemic, but obviously I have been losing my shit and want a place of my own, absolutely no one around for a while!!!!!! 😂

It makes me wonder der how honestly healthy Haley's lungs are. The fact that she just uses it in massive amounts of concentration and not using it with really anything else makes me worried for her over all health. You would think that when everyone else she works with are nearly throwing up from the fumes would clue that in for Haley

No one called out Paul for "collecting" for his children. He would have been a much more sympathetic character in this story if he had admitted that he bought stuff only because it was fun for him. He didn't care about the resale value of anything because if he did he would have cared for it. Instead he was leaving a pile of junk for his adult children to clear out or to pay to have cleared. I bet it's now back to how it was and his children will have zero inheritance.

It's all about semantics for Paul....he's a "collector"? The definition of a collector is: A person who collects things of a specified type, professionally or as a hobby. So in conclusion, Paul is NOT a collector. Thank You.

I agree with the daughter - clearing a house after a death is emotionally hard enough without the added burden of collections and legacies. Paul isn't really thinking about his children at all, or his wife. Hayley is passing on a horrible habit to her children. Also, if she spends up to 19 hours a day cleaning, and up to four hours on her make-up, when does she spend time with her children, playing with them, taking them to parks, tending to them, etc.??? There are only 24 hours in a day. Haley seems selfish.

Haley needs professional mental help. All those hours doing nothing but cleaning is such a waste of time when it isn't needed. She uses TWO bottles of bleach EVERY DAY????? Funny enough the thing that bothered me the most (after this horrible sentence Paul said about his poor wife just being "one person") is how Haley pressured Shereen to buy decorations she didn't really like and Shereen just being unable to go against her because of her quiet and shy nature. “she’s learned how to manage her condition” Is the equivalent of telling you a hoarder threw away 1 t-shirt so they could keeep the remaining 70 and saying they’ve managed their condition. Hayley still has a huge problem! The cleaning is taking over her life. It’s not even because she *likes* to do it, it’s because she’s genuinely SCARED to STOP doing it. I worry for her her and her family’s health if they’re living in such a sterile environment drenched in concentrated cleaners. There’s studies documenting healthcare workers regularly using and exposed to disinfectants at work go on to being really likely to have asthma and other respiratory conditions.

Most Brits seem to have their washing machines in their kitchens.

I lived in London for a year while studying abroad. The flat had a combination washer/dryer in the kitchen. I didn't like it. Funny thing is, when my mom designed her laundry room she included three pull-out 'bread boards' usually seen in kitchens. It was a great design idea because when pulled out, they created clean, clear surfaces for folding laundry that tucked away when not needed. It effectively added 8 feet of counter space on laundry days.

I saw a video recently that made me wonder the same thing I neber thought about it all my life the laundry room was right next to kitchen or people sometimes have washer and dryer visible in the kitchen and I just thiught it was normal till the video told me why it wasn't and I was like hmm yeah that is kind of weird 😅

I suspect, for lack of square footage. In America, if there’s not an entire room dedicated to laundry, there’s at least a closet. Homes in the UK (probably a lot of Europe) are very small in comparison so they just don’t have the room to do it differently.

Why did Haley show the apartment rooms. She should have left the young lady who lives there show her mother around. Very selfish of Haley.

Maybe you should open your eyes to HER god? Or maybe you should both consider the fact that there may be NO god. Personally, I think what you have said is arrogant, as if YOUR god is the correct one and Shereen is wrong. Maybe YOU are wrong!

Prayers should be kept private especially regarding another person. With you posting a comment for everyone to view, you are gaslighting. Please be more respectful, while you may have different beliefs this does not give you the right to publicly disrespect someones religious values. Maybe you should pray about your attention seeking problems instead.🥰
