I have a meta atomic tank build. No supercharge. Can carry a whole team in elite content. They say atomic tanks are too squishy...then they run with my atomic and can't understand why I'm immortal. Atomics self heal at an astounding rate!

wait you can heal people as an atomic tank? that's cool. obviously it won't be as effective as a full healing spec but it's still pretty cool. I like being a tank that can heal others a little.

So after watching all five videos I know everything i need to know about tank powers. Yes i know it before i watched the videos cuz i play dcuo for a long time ... Anyways here is my personal tier list for the best Tank power FROM A HEALERS PERSPECTIV: 1. Ice Tanks - (i love u guys. u dont have self heal so if u guys do get dmg i know i have to heal. Ice might not be as complex as others but i love every ice tank) 2. Rage - (its annoying to heal because of self heal but good Rage tanks just dont die and do everything the raid requiers like activating things etc as if it were normal) 3. Earth - I dont remember a good Earth Tank, probably my memeries but I never have any complains about earth tanks they do what they need to do 3. Atomic - yes it is on the same lvl as Earth tank, but Atomic tanks are a little bit annoying cuz of self heal. 4. Fire - dont like it. Self heal is annoying. the problem with self heal is, lets say the tank gets a big hit and is down to half HP. My ounga bounga brain thinks "OOHHH shit heal go fasssst" even tho he heals himself and the whole situation wasnt even that dangerous. Reminder this is a list no one asked for from some guy on the internet that plays healer and not tank. But yeah ... i have nothing to do and i wanted to share it.

@@thisisuseless1248 normally rage cuz idk ehats wrong with them but they tank everything. Like throw them every single boss in the game and they will laugh and say "ouh that hurts a little bit" but both are kinda hard/annoying to heal. Rage more than atomic. Everytime the tank loses HP the healer will try and heal him but with rage its just normal that they lose hp and get it back so its hard to see the difference of a normal scenerio where the tank easily lives and one that is dangerous. Atomic can heal constantly and dont rely on the mechanic to get hit to heal.

once you go through your journal mission about your lair it shows your base generator where you can view the mod slots

Now with superman ally would you swap density for the group breakout superman shield?

ideally no, but atomic doesn't have much choice. Sometimes it will depend on the content where having an extra shield, although its weak alot faster than the superman proc. You could also consider swapping proton remedy. At least then you could keep a shield and you don't always need the shortcut to be 12s vs 18s

The neutrino cooldown is an extra 6 seconds but it is an extra shield too but I’m not sure, never tanked with atomic before

You're supposed to combo with your weapons to get your energy back. It's an extremely simple concept

"eye of gemini, this is mandatory" Yeah, no, EoG is definitely not mandatory. On atomic it's the definition of a luxury item, you don't need it, you will never need it, but if you want to maximize your rotation use it.

it wont work every time but you do have the breakout trinket you can pop before or instead of proton remedy you can use Neutrino Blast

What Tank Power would be most similar to Protection Paladin in WOW

Most likely it's Ice Tank from what I read. Ice has the most shields, however none of them would be extended to the entire group just yourself. You also have high def to mitigate incoming damage.

all tanks have good pulls, earth's can be troublesome compared to others. Each will have a ranged pull and then a move that gathers closer adds to you. Will depend on what you prefer as a power or mechanic.

@@GoldenNamekianGlenn Keeping them focused on you is just aggro, they aren't going to wander off. Each tank has a perma juggle combo where the adds will just be knocked down continually. If you wanted the easiest tank power that can accomplish that it would be Rage.

They say density is the weakest shield in the game but I use it all the time and it holds up but if it doesn't then I just pop hard light shield which is one of the strongest. Density is used a tester, if they can't break that then they ain't shit. Most can't. Only crowds of ten or more but it still holds for a time. Love atomic

If you are looking for an easy tank power to learn look at Fire or Ice. If you want a good tank with a little learning curve look at Rage

@@amocv the rage combos aren't difficult for tanking, you just having to learn the timing to cancel rage crash. It takes some time to get used to but once you do, rage tanking is very forgiving in content. Tanks are more uncommon compared to controllers or healers at the moment in game.

for tanking no, its mostly a preference. Flight is the slowest in combat so I wouldn't pick that but acro is just as good as superspeed etc
