The thing with a lot of these loadouts is that they either have whirling deverish or heat vision in them. That shows how under performing the power themselves are now. Something each power at one point of time did not need before the devs nerfed each one of them.

I wouldn’t say that. Ive been making my own loadouts for years different from others and I’ve been an elite dps. Especially now with all the variables it really depends on each player. I Was apart of the team that speed feat beat paradox wave when it first came out. I can’t remember the name of my league but we were the best (my league mate created the first op HL loadout).

I will %100 agree. I can't stand how strong whirling dervish and weapon mastery are. It almost makes you switch that way cause you're damage will be so much lower than everyone else.

Got back into the game after years of not playing and man a lot of loadouts have heat vision, robot sidekick and whirling dervish... Did something happen because literally every power has at least one of the 3 abilities

might single target in general got weaker or was just weak to start with so we had to use powers like heat vision because how good it was for ST and that we had no other abilities that were better besides a few powers like HL/Gadgets/Celestial. Pets got alot stronger in general so robot sidekick is common as free damage. Dervish was fixed then it became cancelable as well which makes it great for melee damage or precision dps using it to clip

Cyborg and house of legends bot works well as support for electric. Zoom or flash for combat.

@@Soul_A.A I haven't. But if you have a move that stuns in your LO thats when the bot works. Cyborg will work and increase power regen no matter LO. So hes great for dps and healing. Elec dps use arc lightning that's a stone so bot will be good for that.

@@Soul_A.A it should say it in the description of the power, when npcs are zero willpower which are most cases in open world or in solos and sometimes in alerts and raids pretty much any ability will impact them cc wise.

Hey man, just wanted to say I’ve been really enjoying your vids. I took your AOE single target build for a spin and have been really enjoying it. I do have a question about SP though, I have not played since Christmas 2017 so I missed A LOT of content. Question is, will it be hard for me to do decent DPS since I am missing a lot of skill points from old content episodes or will my gear help make up for it? Dps now has more shifted to artifacts than high sp. as long as you have enough sp to max your dps tree and inmates you are fine and then it’s more leveling up arts.

The shock part would be the sparking aura, it came from an old resurgence capsule, now adays you could only find it sold on the broker ingame from other players. The rest of the material is the sparking material, same deal it came from a capsule and would be on broker

So I just got back into it after a few years; CR of 81, 96 SP. Only have two armories right now. Running trans, strat and solar for arts right now, all at 119, need more regents to keep going. Loadout typically is heat vision, arc lightning, ionic drain, electrocute with robot robot sidekick and I cant remember the supercharge but ive been top dps in every alert and raid ive been in. Should I focus on getting solar amp up for amplified hear vision and the start on EoG or max it out first?

for healing it wont matter, for dps you can still do perfectly fine damage not being superspeed. You just wouldn't use dervish in your melee rotation

elec power cost is kinda high for amulet and can get you killed without great healers, its not required for elec. You would be perfectly fine with trans-scrap-eog for supers or trans-strat-eog etc solar for single target.

Hey chill, how important is scrap in electric? I have EOG, trans strat and grim at 200 and scrap at 180, is it worth feeding it into quislet next x2 event? Or keep scrap and not use quislet?

Scrap is very handy for electric because you will earn CB faster and have more SC regen but you also get good regen from healers. Ideally it's nice to have both but scrap is more an artifact you would swap in rather than have in 100% of the time compared to quislet which you would have 100% of the time on. So if you don't like to swap artifacts mid fight then quislet would be the better long run option

It is the power shockwave, you don't have to use that it was just an alternative to the rotation you'll see with superspeed's whirling dervish being used. You can also just keep doing the brawling shuriken storm mastery and not use a power at all in-between due to how quick the weapon mastery combo is if you like.

Why not use Venom Wrist Dispenser for the 16 percent prec boost?

It is only for 6 seconds and then you have upwards of 6 seconds downtime if they don't clip the wepaon buff exactly at 12s when the buff lasts for 20 seconds now. Any sort of cc or issue in content during that 6s and you have a damage loss. Precision dps have already tested that Grim provides more overall dmg over VWD

I find using Voltaic Blast does more damage than Voltaic Bolt like you have in your loadout... for single target non-aoe. Using your loadout I only averaged about 60k damage 10 secs. Using Voltaic Blast I was averaging 70k-75k damage 10 secs.

It's viable, I'm certainly looking to make some changes but it depends on the content. Right now the current raids like Fos2 elite continually kill pets so any sort of source shard fury build etc would be pointless to show because they'll just die

Cancelling dervish is with the foot mod dashing combos that will cancel and give you the additional aoe damage, Ideally you want to keep dervish at about 3 ticks of damage and then clip off
