Sir , in obstructive lung disease their is problem mainly in expiration not in inspiration but in chronic bronchitis less amount of air enters inside lungs leading to cyanosis so how we can diffentiate it from restrictive lung disease

I think what doctor is saying chronic bronchitis is part of obstrructive lung diseases. And the cyanosis is not as a result of failure in inspired air, its because of difficulties in Co2 expiration leading to accumulation and the ABG will show significantly more of alkalosis
