We are slightly behind you in our time frame for our own raise & build under -its great to see real world figures that are close to ours! Makes me feel like I'm going OK. Our certifier is asking for our home warranty insurance before issuing BA. Any suggestions for who you used for this? Cant find much information online and you havent mentioned it in your videos! We'll actually be funding this with cash. But if you were funding this with the bank they'd give you a construction loan and make progress payments as work was completed
