Nancy has over 30 years experience in sales leadership roles with entrepreneurial healthcare services organizations, including as co-founder of a Disease Management company. She is an avid pet owner and her furry family includes 3 dogs, 2 cats, a parrot, turtle, and 2 retired horses. She sits on the Canine Support Teams board and is always on the hunt for new puppy raisers.
Tim is the Medical Director and Sole Proprietor of Newtown Vet Hospital in Newtown, PA. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has practiced veterinary medicine in Newtown for more than forty years. Newtown Vet is American Animal Hospital Association accredited as well as certified Cat Friendly and Fear Free.
In his spare time he is now raising “Scotty” his second service puppy for Canine Support Teams. His wife Lynda is also a CRPS Warrior.

Houston, Texas I have CRPS, RA, OA, and 2 red light runners damaged my body. I have chronic pain every single day, and really need an emotional support animal. I need a service dog. I found a dog in my condo complex June 6. I bathe her that night, and had her visit the vet to check if she was chipped and to give her necessary shots, and an appointment has been scheduled to be neutered, and chipped 09\0. My dog was put to sleep on Monday because she was given antifreeze that someone put outside for possums. Pikachu was a Schitz Tsu, and was such a wonderful dog. She appeared to have a had high level of training, due to her ability to follow commands, and would always, always walk at least 2 paces behind me. I believe she’s my angel. God knows what I needed. I am disabled and live alone. I sometimes fall to the floor, and I’ve pass out for long periods. That hadn’t happened since I found here. I do not need help maintaining the dog, but I wouldn’t be able to by one for that price, though.

Thank you for this content!! Prior to my CRPS in my right shoulder arm hand, I had a Cane Corso, she in my opinion became a service dog for me! She helped me with depression and desensitization ( I guess she was a comfort dog) not a service dog.

@@RSDSA oh, happy new year, very sadly No, I'm devastated, at 22 months old on Nov 3 2021 she ate poison mushrooms ( a phenomenon) is what the vet said? Because she was 100% well and should have beat it, she suffered 24 hrs, I had to put her down!! So sorry to give you this sad news!! I'm over come with grief!❤

I've been trying to get a support dog, sadly, CRPS isn't on the list of disabilities and because ai can no longer work, I don't have 15k to buy and train a dog. This is Heartbreaking. I've been isolated for years now, I've lost friends, family. I can't even obtain employment, standing for too long is impossible and when I've told possible employers about thecondition, they just didn't hire me. I'm not personally suicidal but I completely understand why CRPS is the "Suicide disease".

How is it one can buy a vest, cards to give to establishments showing that my dog is an emotional support dog, or a service dog?
