LDN and ketamine Compound cream and ketamine troches have been a game changer for me. It keeps things calmed down. If I do have a flare they calm down much quicker than before. I had to fight with my doctor for months before they let me try it. What a big difference it made .

How about insurance covering them?

I have had CRPS since 2015 and the only thing that has really worked with any significant improvement to my quality of life was to have Ketamine infusion therapy. At that time...for about 2 years starting in 2016 my insurance covered the infusions outpatient at the pain mgmt office I went to. There were issues that cropped up with the clinic not finding it cost effective and feasible to continue to work with insurance companies for infusions. At present...I have good insurance...that would cover infusions if I could find a clinic that would take insurance rather than wanting cash. I would really love to go back to the infusions.. but it just doesn't look like it's possible right now

Sorry I don't think we're there yet. And it's not enough of a money maker for the pharmaceutical industry. Sad, huh. I feel you. My money is so so tight and I can't work.

I’ve tried the creams and they were very ineffective for me.
