Great video but I think the best iso officers for pve are the voyager crew. Especially if you put the below deck officers to their corresponding ships.

As much as 559.8% against hostiles (PMeData). Only things I've bought that help are FC Lorca (would've has him f2p through incursions by now anyways) and the BP.

one f2p source for iso dam is the war room and in my opinion its a fail very hard to upgrade prob years and only 0.5% very small amount per level my war room is lv18 and 9% iso dam and my ship has 13% and my E-Data gives 20% my SNW Chapel gives 10% but very close to t3 and finally my janeway gives 10% which is 40% and E-Pic is based on your ships weapons over 3 rounds so 4 weapons 8 times over the 3 rounds and at 3% thats 24% and my favourite ship is the protector a great ship that can carry you far and so thats 64% for me total or maybe my maths is off

can they fix wave so they stop locking up? How about the pointers working more than twice. I mean come on, its ridiculous. When they say they fixed something and they havent, why dont they acknowledge it...trying really hard to get people who in general like the game to force us out. Celebrating minor things and not fixing bugs is why many people refuse to spend anymore.

I was one of those weird people that played 16 hours a day. I barely play an hour now. This game is so terrible currently that I feel sorry for the people who continue to invest their time and money in this skinner box.
