Thank you for making for us. Where are you from. I'm curious about the cultural tradition this drink is about? This is how we should be eating and drinking. Real health, real nourishment. Well done.

Thank for that. I always like to know the origin of a food and from which cultural perspective the practice is shared and comes from. It fascinates me how many cultures share the same or similar practices but are known by different names and may have slightly different variations. @@simplerecipescrafts1142

Please let it rest first and stir it to release the excess heat when u are about to put the sorghum,and after putting the sorghum stir again and see if it becomes light but if it becomes thick it means u put with alot of heat,it will look milky on top since it's cooking instead and won't be tasty in the morning,remember to also put in an airtight container and put on a shelf not on the floor.it will work out. U can also consider adding 2-3 tablespoons of already made bushera to your sorghum mixture.this will fasten fermentation.

@simplerecipescrafts11427 ай бұрын
Please make sure sure the porridge is not very hot before you add Ekimera Preferably warm,pour at the back of your hand and if it's not burning then add the sorghum and put in an airtight container/ jerrican/pan Store in a shelf not down on flour Store overnight and check in morning To get first results get already made good bushera and add to your kimera as u mix it then add to the millet porridge
