Looks like a vacuum advance distributer to me. Hope you have access to solid state ignition as it puts out a much hotter spark for colder weather.

Thanks. You're right. But I want to keep the original distributor. It has a good vacuum regulator. The non-contact sensor-distributor gives the best spark. But the manufacturing quality of the new device for the Moskvich 412 car is not very good.
