Shoutouts to RealRob for coding "Rupee Sanity" for OoT Rando and merging his project alongside Roman's to allow for Mixed Pool AND Rupee Sanity.
GOAL(S) OF THE SEED:
1. Obtain the 3 Spiritual Stones [to build the rainbow bridge to access Ganon's Castle]
2. Obtain the Ganon's Castle Boss Key
3. Defeat Ganon (which requires a Bow, Magic and Light Arrows).
Personalized setting:
- All Indoor, Grotto, Dungeon and Overworld Entrances are shuffled in the same entrance pool [Mixed Pool].
- Owl drops and Warp Songs are also randomized.
- All shops*, business scrubs, cows, medigoron/carpet salesman and skulltula tokens are randomized.
- All Overworld Night Skulls logically require having Sun's Song.
- The Gerudo Membership Card is not randomized; however, the Gerudo Fortress keys is randomized.
- Ocarinas and Songs are randomized with the Temple of Time's Door being closed by default.
- Starting age and location is randomized.
- All damages are quadruple.
- Information about which dungeons needs to be completed is acquired via randomized compasses.
- Ganon's Boss Key can only be inside Ganon's Castle.
- Dungeons' Boss Keys are inside their respective dungeons.
- Random Chicken count. (From 0 to 7)
- Key rings!! (The best way to have keysanity without having hints just pointing at keys). Each Key ring gives you all the keys at once for a specific dungeon.
*The 4 items to the right and not shuffled; however, those 4 items are randomized within the other shops' 4 right items (In the vanilla game, the shop Zora Tunic is present in the Zora Shop for 300 rupees. In this setting, it could be present on the right side of another shop)
...and, most of all, MAX RUPEE SANITY:
1. Every visible freestanding rupees and recovery hearts,
2. Every pots and crates which drop items,
3. Every beehives
(This doubles the amount of check in the game; from a max of ~440 checks normally to ~ 950 checks with max rupee sanity)
For giggles, one Master Quest [MQ] dungeon was enabled for this seed.
I kept track of Indoor, Grotto and Dungeon entrances using a sheet of paper, Overworld entrances using a white board with 7 lines (representing the Hyrule Field Overworld entrances) as my base; I drew the rest based on where the zones were in relation with HF.

Given the settings, this was a fine seed. Lots of silly deaths early on (in Spirit and GTG) but otherwise my gameplay was adequate for having played for 4h50m. Ice Cavern having the 1st ocarina as child was interesting, but kinda shit since the Blue Fire purchase was super isolated from everything else on the map. I dipped Water Temple barren because I wanted to see if Water was a Stone of not with, hopefully, an early Boss Key; changed my mind after doing Dragon Chest (I was not going to do Barren Water Temple without ZL and without the info if it was a Stone or not). Forest MQ was nice to see; perhaps my favorite MQ, all things considered (although, I still prefer Vanilla Forest Temple).
