I can really relate to this song all the way to the end. When I was younger all I did was follow the rules cause obviously I didn't want to get in-trouble with my parents so as a result I wasn't really knowledgeable in my surroundings and outside world, but as I started getting older I really wanted to do things my own way and explore. That did end up with me going places I wasn't supposed too and skipping classes but it was never too serious. I just hope that some people can express themselves easily. Even if it's not completely good at least your doing something you wanna do and you comes first🙂

And when we just refuse to accept their ideals and fight for what we think is right, they'll just think of us a rowdy and uncouth. I can see where you're coming from, but I don't believe that's the case. I think it's saying: "It's okay to break the rules once in a while and have fun". It's good to be "good", follow the rules, learn everything at school, but sometimes you NEED to break the rules and have fun. Basically, You shouldn't just be (in this case) a good student. You need to be free and do what you want. In a way, "bending" the rules. Education is important. We need it to learn in life and grow as a person. But that doesn't men that's all we should do. Sometimes we just have to "break" the rules and have fun! Otherwise we won't really get the full enjoyment out of our lives.
