I am looking at this also and I am a CPC. To my knowledge, it looks like a Technologist performs the tests and assists the physician with procedures, both invasive and non. A Technician reads and interprets the tests. Are a Cardiology Technologist and Cardiovascular Technologist the same? To me, the Cardiology T focuses strictly on the heart, whereas, a Cardiovascular T, the whole vascular system.
