Great video. Definitely hope and never giving up. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel and eventually you learn how to be smarter than ocd

Ocd is constantly throwing up stuff. It takes hard work and you can’t let it win. Keep ignoring and living life. Love yourself and realize it’s ocd trying to be sneaky. I had to learn alot of self love this relapse

‘The worst ever’ is the problem there. Very uncomfortable and frustrating yes but not totally unbearable
