May I ask what was your coping strategies for intrusive thoughts, I try to ignore or laugh at them, sometimes swear at them if they won't leave, and thanks for the video

Thank you so much. I completely get your thought about getting hit by a bus or cancer. Have thought that a lot and even pray to not wake up. BUT have now decided to get therapy with Nick/Rob. Your videos really resonate with me as I have the same OCD. Thank you so.much xx
