Not sure if mine is defected but neither the risers nor the steps "snap" into place. U can pound that mallet till the cows come home. They just don't go in.Which is a shame because this really "could" have been a great product.

Why didnt you show the steps inside the pool and walk down them. The guy just jumped in off the deck and didnt even use the ladder.

Every time I turn the steps over after attaching the pieces it falls apart.

Seems fishy you would not show the completed product at the end...Are the handrails too flimsy?? I was looking to buy but am now skeptical

No...Since it goes into water you need to use something HEAVIER than water to weight it down
