@@reelinmonsters Never said it was illegal, but it is stupid, careless, and bad beach etiquette. Beaches and piers in the Florida panhandle (best in the continental USA) all ban shark fishing in daylight hours, and no guides worth the air that they breath will book during daylight hours.
