@@MontereyPeninsulaRealEstate Yes, that's the reality. When the ultra-wealthy discover a dream location they quickly move the locals out. Sedona, Carmel, Leadville, (most of Colorado), Holden Beach, Mendocino, Albion, Western North Carolina highlands, all over the Sierra.. etc etc But they really seem to be good stewards so... whatever. It's the way of the world.
