I have been looking for some inspiration for a way to plant my ocean front deck area. I LOVE this and I am thrilled to see that someone is successful at keeping the plants alive on the ocean front. I have so much difficulty with that, as it's so exposed to the elements and salt from the ocean. This garden is just so inviting!

I would spend all my spare time watching those waves. I miss the sound of the ocean as I go to sleep.

Hello Laura, I would like to ask you if before putting the volcanic lapilli, put the cloth against the growth of weeds.I have put only the lapillo but grass continues to crop. What you advise me to do.No herbicides. Thank you.

What a bloomin icon this lady. Pardon the crass language but you could give her a turd and she’d polish it. Definitely such an inspiration for me and my garden albeit I’m limited to sempervivums and sedums succulent wise bc of our winters also aloe maculata somehow idk the internet told us it would die but 4 years later were removing pups all the time

Are there any concerns about root rot from cuttings that you put right back into the ground? I’ve just gotten into improving my yard with succulents and I’ve also got into some propagation, but everywhere I read says to allow the cuttings to callus over before replanting and watering. What’s your advice? Your channel is amazing by the way!

Richard Tang if you live in a mild climate as I do with very little rainfall, then callousing isn’t necessary😊

You've been providing me with lessons for three years as I have acclimated to my new home (Minnesota to SoCal!) It's an ongoing seminar! Today I cut up a gigantic Euphorbia (pencil cactus - but not a firestick) and moved the pieces to a hillside - unfortunately this was a very spur of the moment decision - no time to amend the very rocky dry soil - no water source, I had to stab at it with a screw driver to get the pieces into the ground - I can hand spray it once in awhile - do you think it has any chance?

Considering that Laura doesn't have a muc the cameraman should have been close to her. The sound is very poor. I've all the tips apart the succulent standing up 😢
