is that the woman who said " you don't have the explorer mindset" to a colleague who raised valid concerns?

There was a female engineering contractor on before... The eng was what you want an eng to be, male or female (understood what was at play, had passion for the outcomes, ready to speak up)

im not buying anyone who suddenly shed tears after a year someone deceased in an incident. its too long gone to get emotional again, she is just trying to make her position like a victim and held no accountability

Overall it's ok to not believe her tears, but one year really has nothing to do with that and is no argument for that.

You can have sympathy for her - as it is traumatic for her - and recognise that shes been a part of something that is very questionable, dangerous, negligent and inhuman (Stocktons sub) That said, many, many, many people have in the past and will in the future exert their moral right to refuse to work with such people / walk away from such jobs and speak up and say: "this is not right". They will / we do get fired, they will / we do quit and it is a heavy price. But, of course, if you dont you can end up with this trauma or something low level and just as long lasting! Better not to pretend! If something is wrong because its obviously physically dangerous (or even not that gross but still obviously wrong), keep your measure and your person in tact and dont let it pass! Or, decide VERY clearly for yourself where the limit is and accept AND act when that limit is hit.

Stockton Rush sounds like a real @$$hole! But he wasn’t the ONLY PERSON who is,was driven by greed at OceanGate. The whole upper echelon at OceanGate is just as greedy and wrong as SR was!! If not, someone there at OG would have stopped him and his madness! If he wanted to risk his own life, okay, knock yourself out! but his peers at OG should have put their foot down when it came to taking others down.

It's too late for tears now lady! You should have been proactive about the safety concerns expressed by the contractor that was fired by you and Stockton. If you had done that all of this may not have happened. Thoughts and prayers don't cut it!

This chick was strategically evasive in her testimony and from the sound of other testimony she was part of the toxic culture that lead inevitably to the accident... These are crocodile tears

Why is she crying , oh because she knew better and did worse ! to stand by while someone is so set on the inevitable " disaster " makes you just as guilty , she knows she could have walked and stood beside those who were TRYING TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING !,even OSHA did nothing when alerted of the pending danger ...your all all fault as much as RUSH , sorry to say but true .......
