That plane looked like an ultralight. definitely not something you drive on the road but it also isn't something you need a pilots license to fly. They are hobbyist machines. That one does look like it might be overpowered for an ultralight though. that might be an issue. I cant remember.

This is interesting but do you have any videos that kinda explains more about what this is? I understand it to be a GTAV mod but what are the rules and how do things work?

I don’t have videos but basically we are a group of people that get together and role play rules are different for every community but the same basis basically we use a lot of different mods to make the game work differently and then the other half of the fun comes from our own creativity and what not
