Thanks for sharing! I’m going to find out if you’ve shared the other part of the process too. I’m really curious to see what the end result will look like. I absolutely love the designs!!! And this technique looks so much fun!!!

It would be nice to see the whole process not just a little bit here and there. What are you doing? What did you paint on? Etc, etc...

What wax resist are you using for this process? I’ve heard certain waxes, like Forbes, don’t work for this process.

Hi what type of pencil are you using, is it just a normal one?
@OceanwayArt
@OceanwayArt 6 жыл бұрын
Sorry I deleted the pencil and wax talk from the video because it was getting a little long. It’s a Graphite 8b pencil. Very important to use a 100% graphite pencil. Many of the dark Drawing pencils have iron or other metals in them that turn red in the firing. Graphite just burns away. I like the 8b pencils because they are so soft and don’t scratch or damage the work. Hope this helps.

I am pretty sure it is a Derwent Sketching pencil. Love that he explained the need for all graphite - makes sense, but something I had never thought about.
