Fullerton car lands in flood control channel

FULLERTON: On 12-17-22 at approximately 2am, Fullerton PD and FD responded to a reported crash involving a single vehicle into the flood control channel at Union and Pomona. Units arrived to find a vehicle overturned with two female occupants outside. Firefighters were able to secure the scene and have the ambulatory victim climb up the ladder. The second female suffered a leg injury and had to be removed via a stokes basket. It is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the collision.
