Creative ideas helps to build strong image of the organization which encourages employees to work efficiently. 4. Therefore, to increase the growth of the organisation is __________ applicable everywhere. 5. Motivation: Motivation plays a very important role in the growth of an organisation. It provides proper direction to the employees which make them more focused towards their goals. 10. Builds Corporate Image: helps to build a better image of the organization.
