No actually, YT would not remove it. The last time someone tried to report OCR for copyright infringement the channel got taken down. After a day YT completely restored everything because the ACTUAL license holders (the original composers and co) did not make any such claims. OCR is a community that provides free content, makes no royalties past donations to the cause. The only way you can contest credit is by going to OCR, who will be glad to confirm credit themselves and ban plagiarizers.
