A lot of the people who attend these HOA meetings are a joke …. Im a home owner and I stay away from these because of the people who attend it are always snotty and stuck up . They will be quick to say something soo ridiculous it fathoms me …

You won’t say that when you have a problem. Also, if you don’t know what’s going on the community, they will take over. The board can have a meeting razee assessments and you won’t have a say unless you’re there.
