Nowhere near like Towers though. That big ass MF is immune to (almost) EVERRYTHANG. Plus it has a removal that BYPASSES unaffected clauses, along with a -500/-500 to ALL Special Summoned monsters. Others be liek: "But cameraREDeye, it takes 3 Qli Tributes to play it. Master Peace only takes 2, and also can use Continuous Spells and Traps as well as ANY monster(s)." Yes, I KNOW that. I read the damned cards. Fortunately I don't find myself relying on Master Peace a whole lot in my pure Draco build in the TCG. I have like, 1 or 2 of him, and 3 of each the other guys including Dreiath (the EARTH Draco). Point is, I don't think Master Peace is "that bad" at 1, so limiting him makes sense. And if Diagram gets banned? Well that just means you can't splash Master Peace into whatever your build is. Not unless you run Waterfall of Dragon Souls (a trap that can search Wyrm-Types INCLUDING Master Peace). Diagram is what needs to get (DA DICK.mp4) Master Peace getting banned really isn't that big a deal to pure Draco builds, like mine, but those decks that like to be cheesy and splash him in ARE gonna get (DA DICK.mp4) and will have to rely on other stuff to splash. Zoos (UGHHH.mp4) need not even be mentioned here.

I was part of the #irmasquad and didnt have power till like an hour ago. I was thinking to myself if power didnt come back, I'd probably miss seeing the ban list. Last night trying to bear the heat i distracted myself thinking about the ban list, and thought dinomight should be at 1, as well as banning peace, and diagram. Personally, I think OCG shoulda just banned denglong. I think he should be banned in the TCG, too. Glad to see that if OCG did a good bit of that we maybe can see it in the tcg too.

Honestly as long as Zoo and True Draco die on the next TCG banlist, I'll be fine if we don't get another banlist after that for as long as the current one is taking. When Konami decides that balancing the game out requires banning 2 and limiting 3 cards OF A SINGLE ARCHETYPE then that means that the deck wasn't simply good, but really OP and that it should've drunk an emergency ban way before the actual banlist. If this isn't proof that Konami doesn't care about ANYTHING besides sales and money, then I don't know what is. Such a shame that the company behind this great game is so shitty.

Master Peace is not the real problem. We got Kaijus. Just tribute him and he will be gone. Just limit (or just semi) it to decrease consistency and see how it works. The problem with Dracos is their splashability, not Master Peace. Diagram is just busted and needs a ban. I hope TCG won't stall and ignore that. Babycera was busted since long ago - you just didn't have good Dinos to abuse it. Limit/semi-limit makes sence. Same for Fossil Dig. Theoretically way too good, but no good targets before. We had this with RotA and this is no different. Dinomight/Heritage/Return limit/semi might not be bad either. Maybe just semi-limit all three of them and see how it goes.

It doesn't even "force" you. Running Raigeki/Dark Hole/Torrential usually does the job, too (depending on what they tributed). Or just run some Atk/Def modifiers that make you able to beat master. Kaijus are just the simplest and most effective way to remove ANY problem card your oponent plays (except Vanity's Fiend). And even if that is just your Ultimate Falcon in a rogue deck. Paleos also force you to run Denko Sekka. So ban all Paleos cause they force you to run a counter in side (I know, they're already powercrept, but just for an example)? This argument just makes no sence. If anything, having counters is a reason NOT to ban stuff since you can play around it.

Scheater1337 So I just bank on having the 1 thing it's unaffected by in my hand at all times? That's a pipe dream. (Only exception is Zoo but that's Zoo so it doesn't count for everyone else) And out battling isn't even reliable either since Masterpiece can just pop it with it's effect. (1 exception is Honest but there aren't good light decks right now) Paleozoic is a poor comparison since it isn't the Paleozoics themselves that are good. (As you said, they're powercreeped.) It's Toad, Demise, etc that make that deck work. Unlike Masterpiece, I don't have to go out of my way to run specific outs to them. Sure I could drop a denko for a easy GG but I don't have to unlike with Masterpiece. Having a out to something doesn't suddenly make a card fair. I don't think Ratpier at 3 was fair just because I could book of moon the Ratpier before it got going with it's dumb play.
