I mean, I'm happy that they addressed the 2 largest issues in the game, True Dracos and Zoodiac engine. They even left terraforming at 3, which makes me way happier. Sad that Emeral got banned, it seems generic xyz monsters with graveyard based effects are doomed to suffer (rip lavalval chain). But Charge of the Light Brigade at 3, Gateway of the Six at 1, and Burial from the Different Dimension at 2 are all things I like to see.

I'm not a fan of banning Daigusto Emeral he is used in a lot of rogue decks too. But it won't kill any decks I think. I also think Denglong should've stayed at one. But that's just my opinion.

Dino had plenty of OCG tops with just yang zing & no dragonic cards, they have a free denglong 2 interrupts and often an ultimate conductor too for 3 off of just normal oviraptor, & denglong's always been a pretty broken plus 3, something else in Link Era would of broken it eventually. sad to see it go though

dinomight probably got banned because being able to activate traps from deck is dumb, especially when one is a call of the haunted and the other is a mass permanent shrink, and both get you extra tribute summons on the opponents turn and can pop monsters when sent to grave. but he's also usually the only one draco players run three of, and even at one, he still gives you a TON of advantage. only thing i'm upset about on this list is emeral being banned, since (in my opinion) it'd be fine at one, but it's probably just a precaution for gateway coming back, along with the plethora of combos using it to facilitate multiple firewall dragons via gaiasaber the lightning shadow.

I duno, denglong's been enabling ridiculous ftks for years, it might of survived being a ridiculous link enabler, dinos made it an easy summon off of cards that didn't brick and put it on top of the world championship in a central position, instead of just being a plus 3 in the middle of a play that isn't noticed as the key piece.

So after 2bannedlists Pendulum magician is finaly back at 100% again every singel card....also zarc support,given link-mechanic makes it weaker,but still it was a tie 0 deck at fullpower back then,so at the very least it should now be tie2 if not tie1. Also Lightsworn with 3brigade and 3 honest is awesome. also world chalice lost a combo peace for its venus combo poor emeral xd,the true draco hit hurts,but it is still playable because of diagram and decicple being a Thing also we still have 3 master peace,so in essence the deck still works but is alot less bustet now,and True dino King lost its "king" and theiy killed the yang zing engine to a extent,but as he said technically you can still play the fire guy instead,also theiy is still the token-field-spell variant so it might be possible to still play it, this list makes me somewhat happy it hit the problem card(zoodiac) and some of true dracos cards,but not so much that true draco is dead also theiy helped make lightsworn stronger with summoner monk and brigade and honest at 3 so that helps xd.

So , Emeral and Grandsoil banished because of looping , about time. But KONAMI , you forgot to ban Master Piss; it can still be splashed now with just Diagram in decks like Metalfoes. Also , you forgot to Limit or Ban the 1-card Link 3 known as Gofu the Blackwing; getting reeeeeeeeaaaaaaaly tired of opponents going first and dropping it to go into Decode with out Normal Summon.

1. Denlong didn't deserve that. Broken in true dinos, but arguably not inherently. If they felt it was that abusable limitng it or even giving it an errata for its materials(making it need a yang zing tuner and/yang zing non-tuner(s)) would have solved he issue. Killing denlong means that pretty much every yang zing deck has become ass now. Link era already did enough do neuter them but konami just has to go the extra mile to ruin my favorite archetype. 2. Konami obviously doesn't care about game balance considering how long this took them. The'll prob do the same thing once spyrals become top tier. Wouldn't be surprised if they held off on a banlist till in the spring. 3. #FREEMYNIGGASTRATOS
