How is it okay to call the Dodgers chokers all these years and not say the same about our Padres? Up 2-1 coming home to close it out. Major choke job. Sad, pathetic, and embarrassing. The joke of the baseball world. Yet again. We never hold this team and organization accountable. Always an excuse. Yet we call Dodgers chokers when they lose consistently. This is the second choke job in three years. Laughable.

Ben, how you call a team that was up 2-1, became the odds on favorite to not only win the series but win the World Series, and match a 33 year old record of scoreless innings streak not a choke job is wild. Call a spade a spade, they choked. It is what it is.

You are so right. If the Dodgers had been up 2-1 going home to close it out and lost the series guess what these guys would be saying today? What they say for years now. Dodgers choked. We choked. Period. End of story. It’s pathetic, sad, and embarrassing. Letting this team off the hook with no accountability will be the reason they never get over the hump.
