Can't the navy find a better paint system for their ships? She looks ten years old.

I believe that the paint job on that ship is the standard paint used on the ships from other Countries as well and even if it looks like it is 50 years old makes no difference as long as it can do the job it is required to do is what is really the important thing to keep in mind.
