Lovely beautiful pages as always Mac 💜 I totally agree I think there’s ways to separate art and artist and I think the most important thing is just not financially supporting them. Like if people can find ways to get the books from libraries or second hand, then I think that’s the way to go.

💜💜 I enjoyed both The Housemaid and Never Lie. Definitely recommend reading Housemaid 2. Freida is one of my favorite suspense/thriller authors.

Hi Kim and Jaymie! There have been quite a few discussions online about her lack in diversity, inclusivity, LGBTQ representation, and potential instances of ableism in her books. While I've only read two of her books and recognized that she began writing at a very young age, I can definitely understand where people are coming from regarding the lack of diversity and it appears these concerns aren't really being addressed in her other books. What troubled me the most was an Instagram post where she promoted her book while mentioning Breonna Taylor, which I thought was very poor taste and although many have expressed their discomfort with the post, it's still on her IG page.
