Let me know! 👇 Also, if you're interested in PlayStation's new Pulse Elite headset, I have just made a video reviewing it & showing the best settings: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r52biGmiitShsNk. 🎧😊 Anyway, as promised, here are the sensitivity settings I have now decided on myself as well as some other tips & controller remappings. These are of course just my personal preference! Look sensitivity: 4.65 Aim Sensitivity: 0.25 Scope Sensitivity: 0.30 Acceleration Speed: 0.00 (Makes movement linear and much faster) Deadzone: 0.03 I have also unbinded the option to switch to grenades and have rebinded it to "Quick grenade" which allows you to throw it instantly with 1 button press. I MUCH prefer this and highly recommend it. I'm using a Dualsense Edge with R3 using the domed thumbstick and L3 using a concave stick. LB is mapped to the left d-pad button for grenade, and RB to circle for crouching & diving. I hope this helps even further & don't forget to check out that review/guide of the Pulse Elite headset too! 😊

For console I’d honestly remap bindings. 1 allow your tac map open button to also mark a location. making is simple to exit your map while also using the tac pad on the controller (refer #’s 5 & 7) 2 remap to stratagem controls to the right side of your controller as it makes it easier and you don’t have to claw to make movements 3 set open stratagem menu to the double tap right side bumper, make first person sight a single tap for the right bumper as well. 4 map camera switch left/right to the sprint button bc it’s a long press you can still sprint if you just tap it 5 remap dove and crouch to the right stick, dove is double tap crouch is just a press. I did opt out of having a melee by doing this and it’s also required if you go through with #2 6 set ping to left bumber 7 Set interact to double tap because if stratagems are on the right side you will have problems using terminals.

That seems very unnecessary. The controls are plenty simple and easy on default. The most you might need to adapt is switching your right thumb to the left stick while dialing in stratagems if you want to keep running simultaneously.

A major tip for once you reach level 10 Autocannon can destroy bug nests I was curious and shot one ... been doing it on far nests now Also certain air strikes can destroy nests A good thrown airstrike can destroy a whole 4 nest And thats the last thing ... practice your throwing arm Its good to know your throwing distance (Mainly because some teammates may run into air strike so if theirs distance they can see it better) My last tip is if you want to do everything on the map before leaving try have it so you dont have to backtrack loads Been playing with a friend and we try to go round in a cicle or half circle finding bunkers and thinngs to collect Nests will always appear red Oh and their is a little bug i think when it comes to destroying a outpost It seems to be invincible sometimes

you can call in a hellbomb to destroy outposts. It's a special strategem you get whenever you walk into one of those areas. I've never had it bug on me so if that's what you're talking about make sure you check that.

The grenade launcher also does break nests and it’s like level 3 and doesn’t require a backpack spot

The auto cannon can also destroy bot fabricators as well. Just aim for the angled surface above the opening about halfway up. Just don't be more than 45 degrees off angle or the shot will ricochet off and do nothing.

Remember to bind quick throw grenade on PS5, it is unbound by default. I remapped it to D-pad right, that was for switch to grenade. Only bind it once, it will notify you that select grenade will unmap. But if you do it again it will also unmap other D-pad right options. Also Gyro is awesome, and I prefer it on aim down sight only, not always.

Definitely also recommend the Camera Shake being lowered to minimum. It's more immersive sure but it can be crazy at times with the all the explosions so may help your aim!

@@ohSlapper that's just part of the fin for me. If I'm dropping high explosives I'm expecting shaking. If I'm under heavy suppression I also expect it. Just adds more sense of severity which is a huge factor to making the game immersive

I also went into the button remapping and changed the activation of strategems to Long Press L1 instead of Hold L1, turning it into a toggle. It feels much less awkward now not having to keep L1 pressed while I'm pressing the directional buttons with the same hand.

My issue with this is that you need to keep moving with left stick while calling down supplies and allies while chased by critters so getting into the habit of using right hand for strat's inputs makes sense?

I change my ship name all the time. I believe it is currently "Sovereign of Wrath". I know ship names don't mean all that much but I would like if they change it to a 3-4 parts system, so you could have "the" in front, "of" could be in the middle, each part have a blank/no word option and so you could leave parts blank at your leisure, and just have a one word name.

I wish I could get a different looking ship. Seeing all the ships outside of yours when you’re in orbit is very cool but when you notice they’re exactly the same ship, it kinda removes some of the cool factor

I get what you mean for sure! I see it as the fact that all the ships, gear etc is all just made as efficiently as possible on Super Earth, and the ships are sort of the signature Helldiver look. Sort of how most Star destroyers look the same or are very similar in design in star wars. They become a symbol :)

For PC Players who keep crashing, I recommend turning off Global Illumination and Anti-Aliasing. This has kept my game incredibly stable. Also, my destroyer is the Hammer of Morning.

Disabling depth of field is a must, not because of the visuals, but because it far far harder to aim for powerful enemies when dropping down onto the planet. The game focuses on your hellpod and makes the ground entirely blurry.

The Remember aim Function is also necessary for the Anti-Material Rifle which is super strong for bots, since it doesn't get a hip fire or even aim reticle, you HAVE to scope in to actually aim.
