Both Zorro and Sanji took serious damage and nearly died before even going after two Yonko Vice - Commanders. They are some of the most powerful non-devil fruit users in the world now. Yes, I believe the entire crew has to level up again. It's simply becuase of Blackbeard's crew. He has the only crew that barely had an original crew and grabbed up High level pirates from a prison. Each of the Blackbeard Pirates will have a devil fruit and may have conqueror's Haki and advanced other forms of Haki. I would say Zorro and Sanji can easily fight the Admirals now. I really want to see Sanji fight Kizarou before the Strawhats have to run with Vegapunk and the satellites so the people they are helping don't die.

I think Vegapunk will also help Chopper, Brook, and Robin by identifying their true devil fruit and help with their awakening. All Chopper knows about his is it’s a human model type but nothing else. With other mythological types I would guess he would be Cernunnos or other forest god. Robin strikes me as Shiva. Not sure how Brooks true type would manifest.

I believe zoro and sanjis wills to be as strong as possible will create a whole new devil fruit inside them. And when they eventually die that fruit will now be in rotation as a whole new fruit that was created. I think that’s how they were created in the past as well, not people wishing to turn into a dragon and a fruit magically appearing somewhere but someone knowing how haki works and willed them selves into a person who can transform into a dragon. And after they die their wills were so strong that it’s says even after death, residing in a fruit until some else can inherit that will. For luffy I think his love for his brother ace added a firery aspect to his nika nika fruit because I also think fruits can become stronger and stronger and evolve over time depending on who eats them and how strong their will( or haki) is.

Seems like Zoro and Sanji are next in line for SSJ, Zoro learning transformation like releases of his swords, and Sanji getting his Lunarian DNA unlocked. Two questions of "what will they look like?" In Zoro's case, releasing Enma could manifest as a full body skelefication or shroud of shadows or something else entirely. Sanji gaining wings almost seems foreshadowed but will his hair and eyes change as well? Isn't white hair and red eyes a possibility? That would be a big redesign, but not if it's a release similar to Zoro or Luffy, something temporary that he can toggle. Sanji having a flaming angel form, like an Arch Angel... Wow. He fights with Zoro because one's an angel and one's a devil. Mind Blown.

sanji and Zoro are already as strong as or stronger than most of the yonkou commanders, sanji beat queen after fighting constantly with someone or the other and even held both king and queen back for a while and still pulled out the victory while queen was playing around with chopper and his virus during the time, and zoro was severely wounded and had a temporary healing and had to withstand more attacks from king and again pulled the Victory to his side, and they are at a league between commanders and admirals, zoro was able to fight Fujitora even before Wano and held his own pretty well and showed no signs of loosing. Sanji had barely any major fights before queen in the new world and still powered up his Haki and body to be able to defeat Queen. They both are already pretty insanely powerful, if they do get a powerup then they would finally be Close their captain in terms of Power.
