I think it's foreshadowed that Luffy's sandals are made of rubber and his awakening allows him to spawn his sandals under his feet after going out of gear 4. This potentially means he has the ability to dominate the sandal market, because of his infinite sandal generation ability. The One piece might be a specific type of sandal, which has both the properties of rubber and gum. If Luffy learns the molecular structure of the One sandal's material he can use that knowledge to manifest more One Piece sandals. Possibly generating a second One Piece, becoming a pair of sandals instead of just One Piece.

Luffy showed unconscious Haki abilities before Zoro. In Little Garden when Mr. 3 is running away from him, he makes a bunch of Wax figures of himself to try and confuse Luffy. Luffy instantly punches the real one. He's not even confused for a second. Mr. 3 asks "How?" and in the version I remember reading he says "Instinct" as in "he just knew". When Rayleigh talks about Luffy's observation Haki, he comments that Luffy's the type that can see the hearts of people. In retrospect, Luffy's high level of emotional intelligence, and the way he reads and reacts to people, seems like he's sort of unconsciously been using this gift the entire time. Now here's the thing. If Luffy's unconsciously been using Observation to read people's hearts, this was definitely occurring when he was talking to Blackbeard. So when Luffy was talking to Blackbeard he was reading into his heart, and blackbeard is a darkness man like a black hole. Luffy was staring into the abyss(Blackbeard) and it was staring back at him. Another interesting thing about that interaction is that even upon introduction Luffy does not like Blackbeard. It's played comedically, but Luffy does not like Blackbeard and argues with him when he'd usually just laugh it off if someone disagreed with him. Shank's personal motto is that people with different ideas should go their separate ways and that rubs off on Luffy. In fact, immediately following Luffy's interaction with Blackbeard, we see this play out. Bellamy insults Luffy and Luffy more or less ignores him and the beatings because Bellamy isn't someone worth talking too. They have different ideas about life and Luffy has no desire to change his mind. He just leaves. It also shows with Luffy's interactions with Coby. Luffy's initial reaction to Coby is "I don't like you" but he sorta laughs it off. But Luffy does not like Blackbeard. It's so interesting. Blackbeards Devil Fruit isn't revealed yet at this point. Edit: Shit! I forgot the best part. Observation Haki is introduced as Mantra in the very next arc after leaving Jaya.

It didn't show Luffy thinking, or observing, or problem solving. He just stopped, then he saw the statues, then he hit them. The thing is If he actually stopped and figured it out, Oda usually explains that. His writing style usually explains it too. Mr. 3 asked directly "How did you know!?" and Luffy had a chance to explain. If it was a gag, usually this is where the gag was explained. "Their lips don't move" and then it's explained. We've had SOOOO many scenes that played out exactly like that. We've had character weakness's get revealed like that too. But it doesn't get explained. Luffy just says "Instinct" and that's that. The way it's written is weird cause it's different from similar scenes. It's more like Luffy didn't figure it out. It really was instinct.

For Sanji, there's also the 124th chapter cover representing him with a suitcase, it's written "THE SECRET" on it. He's been literally carrying that secret around for ~700 chapters !!!also maybe I'm reaching but I love to think that the number of the chapter (1-2-4) can be a representation of his siblings without him ! On the subject of Kanjuro specifically, while most of the foreshadowing is small, there are two big things in particular that make it more or less inconceivable for the traitor to be anyone else, imo. The first would be Jack's repeated attacks on Zou, not just the fact that he made it there at all, but what he knew, and perhaps more importantly what he didn't know. Four samurai set out for Wano with Zou as their destination: Kin'emon, Kanjuro, Raizo, and Momonosuke. However, they were separated during their journey, and Raizo was the only one of the four to initially reach Zou. And Jack knew this. Jack didn't arrive on Zou looking for some random assortment of samurai, he came looking specifically for Raizo and ONLY Raizo. In other words, the only possible traitors from the beginning were those who knew Raizo was the only one who made it to Zou: the four samurai and the Mink tribe. Except we can safely eliminate the MInks from this equation as well, because while Jack knew that Raizo was on Zou, the one piece of crucial information he was missing was where on Zou he was being hidden, something that was known to the entire Mink tribe, this being the entire point of the "Raizo is safe" reveal. So basically, the traitor had to be one of the four samurai who initially left Wano. From there, it's pretty easy to narrow things down. It should be obvious to everyone that Momo can't be the traitor. Kin'emon would never have recruited Luffy and Law to his cause, told them to help him rescue Momo on Punk Hazard, or gone back the Dressrosa for Kanjuro if he was the traitor. Raizo would never have made contact with the Minks if it was him. That leaves Kanjuro as the only viable option. The other big giveaway is when Nami, Robin, and Shinobu were almost captured at the bathhouse. Drake and Hawkins clearly knew that there would be rebels in the bathhouse at that time, meaning the girls were sold out by the traitor. If Shinobu was the traitor she had the perfect opportunity to backstab Nami and Robin right then and there to ensure they were captured, so it's not her. The only other people shown to know the girls were going to the bathhouse were Brook and Kanjuro, so unless you think Brook is a valid suspect, it would have to be Kanjuro.

He can use it to sneak and manipulate people. His big feat is on WCI So Far. He also have the key to find Raftel, its Bink Sake. Why? Everytime the story talk about Laugh Tale, Log Pose or Direction it is Nami who we can see directly beside the panel not Zorro or Luffy. Usoop, when he land on Elbaf he will gain the giant trust and might considered as their friend or even higher, then this trust will help luffy in the final War. About that Sanji panel at 6:11. It says "Set out for the seas to reclaim our family's honor or whatever." I think this is a setup as to how Sanji will redeem Germa and reclaim the North Blue as its rightful king. Judge said that Germa were forced out of their shores and after 66 days. Longing to set foot on their homeland for three centuries, and Sanji will be the one to fulfill the promise of Germa regaining its land back. Its probably a long shot but I just know Sanji will become the king of Germa. Besides, we were already shown a 60 year old Sanji ruling Germa. Eventhough it was an evil version. Maybe the good guy 60 year old version of Sanji is actually him still a king but dresses up as head chef instead. It also plays into how Sanji will be able to stand a restaurant in the All Blue. Instead of a floating restaurant like Baratie, he brings a floating kingdom with advanced technology to bring great food. I dont know but I think Germa is a set up on how Sanji's future will be. Maybe this will become Sanji's motivation to become stronger to protect his crew, family and kingdom. In kamabakka island, he only wanted to support Luffy as a cook, but it'll change to supporting Luffy as a fighter.

I think it's between chapters 807 and 810 in case someone wants to check it out but this, to me, indicates that Zoro (and possibly his family) suffered a devastating defeat at the hands of an immensely strong opponent which sparked his desire to become the strongest swordsman even before everything that happened with Kuina

Here are some foreshadows that some of us missed - In Syrup Village, one of the kids of "Ussop Pirate Group" said that about Onibaba or a Hag who eats people. We ended up getting Big Mom - In Skypiea when Noland is telling his stories that he went to the island of midgets. Several chapters later, we saw a statue of Noland in Tontatta Kingdom in Dressrosa. It also signifies that Noland was telling the truth. - In Sabaody Archipelago, Garp said that he doesnt have time to fight 2 Legends at the same time. One is Rayleigh and the other is Shakky. She also said that she used to be a pirate before and was chased down by Garp. - In One Piece episode 398, Doflamingo said that he was in a mandatory gathering and called out Whitebeard Pirates vs Royal Shichibukai that leads to Marineford War or War of the Best. He also said that the generation of SMILES is coming and we ended up SMILES as artificial devil fruits.

But in both Skypea and the Sabaody arcs Luffy "Defeated" god Enel and Saint Charlos before it was even mentioned 300+ chapters later in the Dressrosa arc This is highlighted when Luffy finally confronts Enel for the first time and gets a solid hit on him when Enel's powers don't work because Rubber is Lightning's "Natural Enemy"

It might not be perfect, but I was rewatching the Skypiea arc, and the flashback where Noland meets the Shandians, the girl that was supposed to be sacrificed said she was being Sacrificed to the SUN GOD, and also in Skypiea when Enel was about to drop the second Raigou, you see everyone praying for a miracle, because they were out of hope, had nth else they could do, and once again from the recent chapters, we know about people praying to the Sun God. In Skypiea during the Noland flashback there is a page of Noland upon returning home telling children of his adventures. In that page there is a single panel of Noland mentioning Dwarves. And then like 500 chapters later we see that the Dwarves on Dressrosa have a bust of Noland showing that she are the aforementioned Dwarves. It is to me is one of the most interesting moments of foreshadowing. It shows that Oda had the idea of a Dwarf race in mind VERY early and that he kept a note or just remembered that is was Noland specifically that mentioned them. What gets me is that it is such and easily miss able panel in that entire arc.

I think Sanji underestimated his own statement. Spoiler: In Chapter 1023, when Queen said that Sanji has to be genetically modified for being Judge’s son, Sanji said he wasn’t. Queen said it’s impossible to make fire out of nothing or turn into fire unless you’re a Lunarian (King’s “extinct” race). And Sanji told Zoro his body is weird/odd after putting the suit twice, and we know that Raid Suits can only be worn by the Vinsmokes and every suit is made for a specific Vinsmoke. You need the genes to wear the suit. Sanji has everything but the modified genes, which means his body is now finally unlocking those genes that were dormant in him so that he gets a perfect synchronization with his suit. In the incoming chapters, his body will enter that change while he’s fighting and he’ll become stronger, faster and more resistant as time passes. And by waking up his genes, the “Lunarian” genes his father put in him will also wake up. Which means Sanji will be (with King) one of the last in this world to possess the powers of the Lunarians. That’s why he’s a bigger threat to the government than they think (than he thinks).

As far as Brooks foreshadowing is concerned, Oda originally had a Skeleton being as apart of his first concept sketches of potential crew members. So he always wanted a Skeleton member. Ussop the original version was an Old man, and he was plant guy. So Ussop's Pop Greens was something Oda always considered. Nami's first sketches she had a metal arm. So Cyborgs was something in his mind from the start.

my fav foreshadowing is when zeff says to sanji "dont catch a cold" sanji turns back and thanks zeff saying he would never forget his kidness this scene would have more context nearly 800 eps later during a flashback, it translated to "dont catch a cold" but he meant "dont get cold", during all the whole cake island arc, sanji tried to play cold and that didnt work with luffy, he decided to help his family because he reminded what zeff tried to say, he would stop being a kind person if he left his biological family to die and would become cold just like them later on, everyone refers to him as the kindest person/brother
