Jimi Hendrix has always dressed wild and out there like that and some of Brook’s outfits look somewhat like Jimi’s. Secondly, he plays guitar and that’s what Hendrix is known for playing guitar and singing, but mostly his musician skills. And lastly, the Afro! It’s probably Hendrix second most iconic thing about him, other than his guitar skills. Hendrix is always known for having his Afro lol. Look at anyone who dresses like Hendrix for Halloween they also have the Afro lol. There’s a few more things here and there but this are just the main 3 right off the top of my head.
