OMG! I stayed in a Odaiba Hotel on one of my business trips to Tokyo a few years ago and did some of the very same things you guys did. I actually ate the same burger at the same restaurant you guys ate at although it was later in the evening and I remembered looking at the Statue of Liberty out of the window and seeing the Rainbow Bridge lit up at night. I was actually shocked and pleasantly surprised that I could find a areally good burger in a Japanese mall. I thought it was D-licious. Diver City Mall’s food court also has some pretty tasty food and the massive Gundam robot was impressive. You can also ride the big Ferris Wheel or see some car museums or test drive the latest Toyota cars on a closed road course there. There’s a ton of things to do in Le Daiba. Maybe leave yOur editing PC in Canada and have teamviewer or Remote Desktop or some kinda software on it and edit remotely from some low end machine where your at when you travel. Advantages are that you will almost always have higher bandwidth at home plus you won’t have to worry about damaging your main PC while travelling.
