Great 👍 review here in Canada the Pontiac Parisienne was used from 1958 all the way to 1986 . My parents owned a 1984 Parisienne wagon and I myself owned a 1979 Parisienne Brougham sedan these were very reliable cars back in the day .

This was a excellent job! I enjoyed the video and you did have the information correct. I liked the Pontiac Parisienne especially after it got the 1980-1981 Bonneville styling again in 1985-1986. It got other things from the 1980-1981 Pontiac Bonneville/ Parisienne too. The car as many have said was sold in Canada. It was the same car we were calling Bonneville in the United States with some differences initially. They were the same by the 1970's. The H-Body front wheel drive Bonneville for 1987 replaced B-Body Parisienne and G-Body Bonneville. Yes, the 1982-1984 Parisienne was a Chevrolet Caprice clone with Impala taillamps made to look like Pontiac taillamps. It also had the Oldsmobile Eighty Eight Royale Brougham seats in the Brougham trim level in 1983-1984 time frame. That would not be the last time GM would do that. They did it with the Chevrolet Corsica and Pontiac Tempest( Canada only model) in the late 1980's. I liked how you put your images and photos and videos together as well. Thank you again.

My mom had a Parisian station wagon. That's what I learned to drive in. It was her favorite car and my dad thought he would surprise her by trading it in on an Astro. He never got to live it down. She was furious and never gave that van a chance 😂

I bought a 1985 4 door that had belonged to an elderly fellow . Didn't have AC (common in Canada) and not many other options but it was a great running car with the 4.3 V6 which I think highly of . It survived both my sons and was easy to repair and work on.

Dad (and most of his side of the family) worked at the Oshawa plant, my youngest brother is in dad's position now. When dad got hired in 1979, he assembled Parisiennes.

At 2:18 MC NAMARA PONTIAC in Orlando, Florida, at the intersection of State Road 50 (Colonial Drive) and US Highway 441 (the Orange Blossom Trail)! I drove by it every day for years and years. They did not have a great reputation, they had loud, pushy salesmen and they were on the fuzzy border of being a little shady. Long gone now. I always wanted a Parisienne! Today it is a Vietnamese business dealing in many products, mostly for beauty salons. This picture looks like 1984.

The car in the lead photo is the exact twin to the '83 one of my sisters owned. Had a 305 SBC in it. Thought of buying it off of her when she sold it,but I didn't??
