as a boomer loona fan, from heejin's solo to everything... i've always asked for the subunits comeback after they debuted as 12 but that didn't happened, it was too much in terms of $$$. It's sad that loona went thru this but I am glad they all went against their former company together. this OEC sound seems like it's frozen after SCL era.

EAT SHIT FLOPBERRY DERIVATIVE. What a time to be an Orbit. While I gotta say that this chorus is not 100% for me, the rest of the song and especially the album are just peak Odd Eye Circle. That's that Jaden Jeong Loona sound we've been missing since 2019. I LOVE IT. Je Ne Sais Quoi is a total serve. And good news! OEC have performed their old songs at the album showcase today. Sweet Crazy Love and Loonatic are the two that I'm aware of right now. This could mean that the rights to Odd Eye Circle's catalogue at least might lie with Modhaus now. But that's not confirmed. What I'm very sure of however, is that they'll be performing their old music on their Europe tour next month and I could not be happier. Sweet Crazy Love is literally my number 1 favourite song out of the entire Loona catalogue and I'll experience that glory live! References I could find: One of the very first shots in this MV, the underground parking garage, looks a lot like one of the locations from the Sweet Crazy Love MV. The eye patches also reference the same song. Jinsoul had a very iconic eyepatch look in SCL. Them running through the laundry lines reminds me of Hi High. And you mention the crown in relation to the East of Eden line. There's the woman in this MV being knighted(?) by OEC. One theory is that it's the same woman who was in charge of Eden in yyxy's love4eva MV. Where she basically imprisoned Yves, Chuu, Go Won and Hyeju before they escaped. They're not just writing their own story, they're literally starting to write their own music. Kim Lip is credited for the lyrics of this song, Jinsoul is getting into A&R. They've all talked about how they're getting a lot more creative freedom now than they ever did under BBC. And fun fact: their new company, Modhaus, is owned by Jaden Jeong, the original creative director of Loona from 2016 to 2019. After that he either left BBC or was fired, we don't know. But the fact that five Loona girls have gone to sign with him just shows that he was never a part of the problem. And tripleS is in the same company too!

👏👏👏Congratulations. A huge like for your objective and accurate comments. You grabbed the real part of the story behind this MV, the long fight for liberation from the hands of BBC executives. Since J Jeong, CEO of MODHAUS, is the original creator of LOONA and the LOONAVERSE, most likely he has legal rights and power to rebuild LOONA and start a new loop of the mobious strip. Why? because the LOONA brand is worth a lot to MODHAUS and the other companies that signed the other members with.

I loved your Loona reactions and would have loved to see you dive in deep into the lore with all the solos/b-sides/sub-unit etc., just a small lore thing: when Jinsoul says “it’s time to change the shoes” -> the girls’ shoes were always converse and now they changed to Air Force One to step it up, I really like this small but important detail 😅 PS: Kim Lip said that they haven’t officially disbanded as Loona but it’s difficult to use the name, so let’s hope we’ll see them in the future as 12 again ♥️

To put in my two cents, I think that OEC holding a pink cake with pink eyes and them blowing out the candles but getting rid of cake and then seeing Heejin's left eye change are all connected. If I'd guess I'd say that part of their story is (wishing for and) giving Heejin an Odd Eye so that she can continue the story

I always love listening to your interpretations man! if things didn't go this way for loona, I'm pretty sure you would have loved reacting and interpreting each of their solos as Loona. I am surprised you didn't notice that Heejin also has an odd eye, so I wonder if Heejin will play a part in the group somewhere. I've already seen people attempt to theorise frame by frame this video from the apple to burning of the converse shoes.

Well, it went by a blur (Heejin's Appearance) I only noticed she had a glow in one of her eyes when I was going through the video frame by frame :) I was too distracted at first watch when she popped up.

I'm late to checking out this reaction but as always 👍🏼 appreciate the enthusiasm for the girls. You've got Jinsoul's name down fine and you can pronounce Choerry as cherry if you like. There is another more correct way of pronouncing it but a lot of people go with cherry and it's generally acceptable to do so. Also, if you like action star Kim Lip then I can't wait for you to check out 'Not Friends' at some point. I'm positive you'll like that one. There's a whole fight scene between her and Yves as well as them killing a bunch of people.
