Mainly beacause no one use them and they need a retrain version like Odd-Eyes Rebellion Overlord to make it work. For the moment I only use it as scale and thats it. Its not even worth synchro summoning because its impossible to do it first turn regardless of your hand, just to show how bad it is. Meanwhiles Venom Dragon can easily done so through the help of Supreme King Gates.

@@YGODueltainer not necessarily true, its also been easy to summon, using odd eyes absolute. Simply sending that card to graveyard allows u summon its ignoring its summon condition. Which is easy to pull off using absolute for a link or an xyz summon triggers that effect

Summoned Wing Dragon through Absolute Dragon GY effect will not grants it's full effect which makes your argument pointless. The target negate isn't even that good, it should've been a quick effect atleast. Let's just say it's a badly designed and underwhelming effect for a boss monster.

Those cards are WAY too broken, the game's broke enough as is lol. At best we'll probably get those new performapal mons that let u synchro/fuse using mons in the pendulum zone since Link Summoning will neuter that.

It’s negation being turned into a quick effect that doesn’t target as well as a destruction effect and it’s destruction effect hitting all special summon monsters instead of level 5 and up and removing the clause were it needs to be synchro summoned for that effect it’s a pendulum monster it should not lose its most unique effect if it leaves the field then comes back.

um ... naaaaaaaah. any quick effect takes it out before you can activate any ability, & you already have effect negation access or board clear just from getting the level 7 going into this, & both black rose & wing dragons have better single effects, space in the extra deck is valuable, maybe for Very specific combos in an Odd Eyes deck or engine you'd run this. & Crystal Wing is getting a reprint anyway.

Konami did this card dirty... Hyper specific requirement on both materials for a Level 8(!) shuts it out of many archetypes that would maybe want it, including Speedroids. You can even argue its effects are less helpful than the Clear Wings you'll need to bring it out! It's hard to justify it even in Odd Eyes, they have to jump through hoops to get to this, and for what? Only Supreme King I can really see using it with that Rank 10 Scale and being a Dark Dragon.

Links don't have levels, XYZs don't have levels, quick effects interrupt everything it tries to do, & in anything but getting it free in Odd Eyes you Could of just summoned a Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon, this card is Uawww Ful. a scale is pretty much all this card is.
