Thank you so much for this, I've only just found this and I'm so glad I did!!! I am so pleased that someone has done a dedication video to Lord Odda as there is a number of them out there on Uhtred and Finan so it's nice to see one on him as he is an under-rated character from the first two series. I love Lord Odda he was a good man, a loyal warrior and Ealdorman of the Wessex Witan and up to their difference of opinion a loyal man of King Alfred's but he wasn't afraid to stand up for his principles or doing what's right despite the concequences. There are no finer proud moments of Odda but when he sees the Devonshire Fyrd and when King Alfred finds him/them and asks him why? Then he replies, 'For Wessex Lord, only for Wessex'. I am so glad to see Simon Kunz also doing a great and respected character like this as he's great actor but I feel hasn't until now really been given the chance to shine in a major small screen roll before - so I hope we see more from him because of it. I am of to check out one of my other favs' next your Father Beocca tribute, cheers, destiny is all! 😊❤👍🛡⚔🗡🏹

Odda saw much of what others didn’t. He kept his word when so many others would not of to gain power. I hated his ending in Last Kingdom especially with that butt hole who he saw last. He deserved this and deserved more.

[Spoilers for TLK] The thing I find sad is that Odda committed suicide, a sin that will send you to Hell, because he likely believed his son is there as well. He wanted to be with his son, even if it meant eternal torment.
