I always try to watch one or two of these ‘restoration videos’ before bed, though normally they’re on rusty antiques and not...Game Boys. They don’t necessarily make me sleepy but they’re very relaxing and get me in that calmed mindset. Just know you’re helping at least one person sleep a bit better at night with these videos ❤️

I`m so happy, that i have one of the first GameBoys sealed in original packaging. It`s never been opened up. :) It`s shrinked wrapped. :D My grandfather bought me two, and one of those he saved a long time for me until he died. Now this thing is priceless. :)

It is actually satisfying that you and many/some other youtubers just up and fix things as you know how these used to be broken to gotten fixed mechanisms work so you can show other people even teach them on how to fix a certain thing that either they or someone else broke it I thank you for making this, it made me learn how these things work.

Dude!!! I am going through insomnia the last two weeks. Found my GameBoy one (the last present of my beloved Grandmother before she passed away) the screen had a lot black lines, it was all dirty and I just followed every step of your tutorial, except the one with the chemical bath/boiling. The screen (I almost order a new one) is just perfect. I disassembled all part, used an old toothbrush for the hard plastic parts, dish soap for the silicone ones and some alcohol ethanol for the insisting dirt. Wow!!! I am so happy that it came back to life! Thanks for creating this! The only think I will look for now is the screen protection you replaced and (if there is) a module/adaptor that can take all Gameboy 1 games in one. Thank you again!
