I find it hillarious that new skilling boss utilises mining and construction which were both at croesus but not runecrafting for which it drops you know the off-hand.

Croesus also used contructionn but that offhand comes from archaeology. Also the orthen furnace also counts as a fire sanya’s fyretorch for burning away the sticky fungus. So just because it doesn’t use one is the skills it drops an off-hands for means nothing. :p

@@NatOneRole yeah i forgot I am talking about a game that dropped best tank armour from a non-combat skilling boss. I guess logic never was the strong suit of RS3 team, or integrity, or consistency, or general sense of direction.

@@GRIMHOOD99 Giving hi-level tank armour to skillers may help them try PvM. It also spreads the PvM cash stacks out to the skillers. It seems like it had a good justification to do that.

Repair the conduit just once, then gather and attack the boss with 5-7 shards. Don't gather 20 of them like I tried. It gets you one shotted everytime.

Have a Beast of Burden to speed things up. Chip off 100 Moonstone Fragments which will last the kill. When below 50% Health or Inventory is full, click the special action button. Jump up the pods and click Boss. This unloads main inventory and BOB Inventory. Surge back to Itchlirin and a green protection circle will appear to save you from the big hit and also replenish any lost health. Rinse & Repeat until Boss is Done......

So many players complain that there is never enough time for them to do Quest > boss for GP on release days due to having work unlike all the streamers mainly rsguy where he tells his viewers the greatest GP method is new bosses. Normal people come home hours later and see the new items are under 100m compared to the billions

I cannot figure out how to beat this boss. Guess I'm just dumb. The wiki doesn't help, and neither does this quest guide. I just need to beat it once so I can get my quest cape back, but I sure won't be coming back again. Now I need to find a guide that will tell me EXACTLY what to do to win here.

Mine the white crystals on the side have about 2 hundred all while maintaining the barrier then transmutate the big red crystals and make them blue depending on your inv space get as many as you can but make sure the red bar up top doesn’t fill up and when you have a good chuck of those transmutated crystals use the special attack click on the pillars and then click on the boss try not to miss click on this part and make sure you kill the summons and they pop up they heal the boss quicker hope this helps

For those of you aggravated with this video skipping everything important I have something for you. Do not repair the moonstone conduit but once. This is where I messed up. I saw someone else's video where they did that as well, so I tried it. I only ate maybe 3 food at most. Good luck.

I figured it out, you need to go back to fort forinthry and talk with zemorgal and he will teleport you to the ritual site

How do you get the assistance of icthalien attack? I did the fight twice and never saw a special attack button Edit: I figured it out, looking at the VoD on my channel. My UI Had the action button over my chat and spellbook and I didn't see it. I have moved it into a better location. And bound the special action button to Shift+D. So I don't have to click on the screen button

Its probably released due to jagex upping the max lvl for fletching and crafting to 110 instead of 99

@@yilmazzzz9044 it’s a basic version for exp boost with 110 skills coming. You can upgrade the amulet with a drop from new boss to increase the exp boost to 10% and it consumes whatever you make.

I am very very disappointed in jagex for this update They made a skilling boss have a requirement of 70 mage 70 necromancy and 80 combat at least to access. Just dumb.

why? it's still a skilling boss. the vast majority of skillers aren't skiller pures (lvl3s)
